I think you may have the wrong end of the stick here. The animals aren’t going out to score drugs and taking them covertly, it is the owners feeding them drugs. Where would a poodle go to buy drugs? I am not sure they would be able to inject themselves either – no opposable thumbs. Maybe monkeys could. They might be able to sneak into the students union…

Could it be on steroids? We clearly need to be on full alert to stop this menace of drug-taking animals. I feel sorry for the owners – they love these animals, put a roof over their heads, keep them safe, and this is the thanks that they get.
